Through this difficult period, we are acutely conscious of the decisions we need to make in order to protect our staff, their families and, of course, you, our valued clients.

The following measures will be undertaken from 4.30pm on 19th March until further notice.

Our office hours will be from 9.30am – 4.30pm.

We will be operating on reduced staffing levels. Our apologies for this. We need to ensure our service can be maintained. You may need to be patient with us during these unprecedented times. The situation may dictate that we need to telephone you back – possibly from a mobile number that you do not recognise, as some of our staff may work from home.

It is our preference that you telephone the office you deal with for all services.

For those who prefer a physical visit, our offices will remain open to support you. However, the door will be locked, you will need to telephone us to make an appointment first when we will be able to ascertain whether we can meet your needs over the telephone.

As you are allowed access the building, you will guided to take a specific seat and you will be politely asked to stay in this seat until you depart the office. This is to ensure we follow the guidelines about the distance between people during the measures to try and stop the spread of the virus. It is for mutual protection.

Please do not bring cash to pay for our services. In fairness, very few of our clients choose cash payment nowadays, but some people think cash benefits us. There are no benefits in cash payments for our business.

If you need to pay or collect documents, please do it over the phone by calling the office you normally deal with. Please don’t worry, we can post or email your insurance document to you.

Thanks for your support during these challenging times. We send our very best wishes to all of you.
